Piero’s Italian Cuisine is an iconic staple in Las Vegas. Last night they celebrated their 40th anniversary with more than 200 movers and shakers of the city including Las Vegas Raiders Owner Mark Davis. The treasured fine dining restaurant owners Freddie Glusman and his son Evan Glusman hosted guests in honor of the momentous occasion.
Guests were welcomed with champagne upon entering the restaurant. With Freddie, himself, a local icon, and Evan, who now is at the helm of the restaurant, thanked guests. The Glusmans were joined at the podium with Las Vegas legends, Tony Marness and Tim Poster who both shared the contributions of the restaurant and what it Piero’s has meant to them, personally.
Piero’s pulled out all stops for the bash. Guests dined on restaurant favorites such as the agnolotti, a carving station with prime New York strip steak. As featuring a decadent seafood tower overflowing with crab claws, shrimp, and more. The centerpiece of it all was an ice sculpture by American Harvest Vodka treating guests to classic martinis.
To honor the anniversary with the Las Vegas community, Piero’s is offering a specialty prix fixe dinner for locals. Available today, March 15, through Tuesday, March 22 the menu will feature a four-course meal. Including popular dishes such as housemade agnolotti, pasta e Fagioli, linguine and clams, veal parmesan, pollo Carciofi, custard-filled profiteroles, and more will be available.
