How To Impress Your Mother By Making These 5 Refreshing Cocktails For Mother’s Day
Mother’s Day is approaching and what better way to make mom feel special than by catering to her like the queen that she is with these five refreshing cocktails. We won’t even take the credit.
1. CASA NOBLE’S YACHT WEEK PUNCH COCKTAIL
Ingredients
– 1.5 oz Casa Noble Crystal Tequila
– 0.5 oz lime juice
– 1 oz pineapple juice
– 0.75 oz simple syrup
– Soda water
– Dash bitters
– Pineapple wedge
Directions:
Place Casa Noble, lime juice, pineapple juice, and simple syrup into shaker with ice.
Shake until chilled. Strain into glass; top with soda and bitters. Garnish with pineapple wedge.
2. RUFFINO’S CITRUS REVIVER COCKTAIL
Ingredients
– 3 oz. RUFFINO Sparkling Rosé
– 2 oz. Grapefruit Juice
– .75 oz. Grand Marnier
Directions:
Build in a highball glass with ice. Garnish with an orange and grapefruit wedge.
3. RUFFINO’S MELON SPRITZ COCKTAIL
Ingredients
– 2 parts RUFFINO Lumina Pinot Grigio
– 1 part watermelon juice
– 3/4 parts elderflower liquer
– Splash of sparkling water
– Watermelon for garnish
– Thin cucumber slices
Directions:
In a wine glass, combine ingredients over fresh ice. Stir and serve with a garnish of watermelon and cucumber slices.
4. SVEDKA’S SPRING DELIGHT COCKTAIL
Ingredients
– 1½ parts SVEDKA Strawberry Colada
– 1½ parts pineapple juice
– Club soda
Directions:
Pour SVEDKA Strawberry Colada and pineapple juice over ice into a rocks glass. Top with soda. Garnish with a wedge of pineapple.
5. KIM CRAWFORD’S SLICE OF LIFE COCKTAIL
Ingredients
– 1 1/2 oz Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc
– 1/2 of a kiwi fruit, skinned
– 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
– 1/2 oz simple syrup
– 3/4 oz vodka
– 1/2 oz pomegranate juice
Directions:
In the bottom of a mixing glass, muddle the kiwi in the lemon juice and simple syrup. Add remaining ingredients and shake well with ice. Strain into a chilled martini glass (or over ice into a rocks glass). Garnish with a kiwi slice on rim of glass. Servings: 1 martini.
