“Queen of Rap and style icon, Nicki Minaj, collaborates with Fendi to create the coolest capsule collection,” says Fendi.
They tapped Nicki Minaj to be a part of the brand’s final chapter of the FF Series initiative called “FENDI Prints On” for women, men, and children and it dropped today, Oct. 14.
Minaj worked directly with Silvia Venturini Fendi, creative director, to create a capsule that blended the rapper’s penchant for streetwear and color with Fendi’s signature cool and whimsical demeanor.
Some standout pieces of the collection include the silver bomber jacket emblazoned with the FENDI “F” and the tracksuits, windbreakers, and hoodies.
In addition to ready-to-wear pieces, iconic accessories made their special appearance like the “Baguette” and “Peekaboo” bags. Sneakers were also a big part of this collection in addition to sunglasses, and hoop earrings.
The FF Series is the brands ongoing mission to cross-collaborate with creatives. Minaj’s particular capsule collection is the last installment of the series and it will be available in select stores until October 16.
Of those stores carrying the collectors collection will be Beverly Hills Rodeo, Miami Design District
New York Madison, New York Soho, Atlanta Lenox, Houston Galleria, Crystals Las Vegas, Mexico City Pedregal Artz, and Toronto Yorkdale.
