The Space along with Las Vegas entertainers will celebrate and honor Stephen Sondheim’s life with The Life of Stephen Sondheim on May 12. Sondheim was the American lyricist and composer known for his remarkable musicals from “West Side Story,” “Into the Woods,” and “Sweeney Todd.” One of the most important and influential figures in musical theater.
In April of 2020, The Space and Mondays Dark raised $120,000 for The Actors Fund during the height of the pandemic. Since the partnership, more than one million dollars has been distributed to the entertainment community in Nevada.
A full lineup of performers for The Life of Stephen Sondheim celebration will be announced at a later date. All tickets are $30 and are available online at www.thespacelv.com. 100-percent of the proceeds will benefit The Actors Fund.
