The ultra-premium limited edition CIROC Black Raspberry is for the culture. That’s what Diddy would tell you if he were writing this post. You may have seen the ad. Just holding the bottle makes you feel like you’ve achieved the American Dream.
CIROC is about history. The struggle. The patience, sweat, and tears to see you through it. The success that comes with it. It for the dons. The bosses. It’s about loyalty. The bond. Family. And the taste?
“That’s the taste of black and brown excellence baby,” said in my best Diddy voice.
DJ Khaled knows a thing or five about excellence. His was treated to extravagant private birthday dinner co-hosted with his wife Nicole Tuck. And the way they celebrated their birthday soiree was much like a CIROC enthusiast would do– like hip-hop royalty. Because you know what? CIROC is the Rolling Stone of vodkas.
Don’t even @ me. It always seems to welcome a roster of badasses like rapstars and iconic fashion stylists like Patricia Fields who showcased her latest fashions. Who else was there? Only Meek Mill, Cuba Gooding Jr., Swizz Beatz, Roc Nation executive, Lenny S., Wale, Young Jeezy, Swizz Beatz, Busta Rhymes, Trina, Jadakiss, publisher of Hollywood Unlocked, Jason Lee, and journalist and actor Terrance J., and Lance Gross, and even DJ Khaled’s new artist Flipp Dinero.
Which is why when I go to Total Wine, I don’t just buy one. I buy TWO bottles of CIROC. One for me to have at home and toast to my accomplishments and one to gift someone who’s also part of the culture like me when I want to toast to their accomplishments. CIROC had to be the best gift DJ Khaled and his wife received. I bet even Jesus is wondering why he didn’t turn that water into CIROC than wine.
