One of the most anticipated charity events in Las Vegas returns this fall. The Hospitality Charitable Foundation is proud to announce the 2025 M.E.N.U.S. Gala—Mentoring and Educating Nevada’s Upcoming Students—on Friday, October 10, 2025, at the iconic Palms Casino Resort.

This extraordinary evening will bring together top Las Vegas chefs, craft cocktail curators, and live entertainment, all in support of the next generation of hospitality leaders in Southern Nevada.

Why the 2025 M.E.N.U.S. Gala Matters

“This year’s M.E.N.U.S. gala is more important than ever,” said Michael Kennedy, Director of Food Operations at South Point Hotel and President of the Hospitality Charitable Foundation. “We’ve welcomed our largest freshman class to date—10 full-ride scholars—into our mentorship and hospitality scholarship program.”

All proceeds from the event directly benefit Clark County students pursuing careers in hospitality, covering everything from tuition to career mentorship and hands-on industry experience.

This year’s theme, “A Night Within the Stars,” promises an immersive dine-around under the Las Vegas sky. The event will be hosted in the dazzling indoor-outdoor space formerly known as KAOS Nightclub, now reimagined to include the Palms’ expansive pool area.

Expect:
