Todo Bien is bringing craft cocktails, an elevated tropical setting, and picturesque cocktails at UnCommons. The 1,300-square-foot, tiki tequilería is set to open this summer with Strip-level hospitality in an immersive location. UnCommons is a first-of-its-kind mixed-use development in southwest Las Vegas. The $400 million, 40-acre project is designed to fulfill the modern workforce’s desire for a workplace that enhances their lives through rich amenities, open space and connectivity.
“Todo Bien’s cocktails will not only match the spirit of its atmosphere, but will also add an exciting new layer to Vegas’ multifaceted mixology scene,” said Matter Real Estate Group Partner Jim Stuart. “Las Vegas locals are looking for experiences that are fun and immersive, as well as the quality of destinations you find on the Las Vegas Strip. Todo Bien will enhance UnCommons and southwest Las Vegas as the new epicenter for locals.”
Todo Bien will offer an impressive selection of authentic cervezas and cocktails that celebrate Mexican flavors. Each infused with unique artisanal ingredients and made with traditional Mexican spirits including tequila, mezcal and sotol.
“Todo Bien translates to ‘all is good’ in Spanish, and that’s the vibe guests will find from the moment they’re greeted to the time they leave,” said a Todo Bien spokesperson. “With an array of handcrafted cocktails, upbeat music and good company, Todo Bien will be the spot where locals are transported to a tropical, Mexican paradise. This is more than a tequilería, this is an experience where everyone’s worries will disappear.”
Reflecting Mexican culture and energy, it will showcase an elaborate design highlighted by lush greenery, vibrant textiles and organic elements. The experience-driven bar will offer an intimate setting with an outdoor patio to enjoy fresh air and good company.
Joining a sensational lineup of food and beverage destinations at UnCommons, it will be home to Las Vegas’ first neighborhood food hall, Cuban-inspired neighborhood bodega, Mercadito. A beloved boba tea shop, Teaspoon. Heirloom coffee roaster and pioneer, Urth Caffé and MINA Group’s first off-Strip, fast-casual restaurant, plus many more to be announced soon.
