Carver Road Hospitality is bringing their newest food and beverage concept to Las Vegas. Debuting Flanker Kitchen + Sports Bar at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino in Summer 2023 is steps away from the walkway to Allegiant Stadium is home to the Las Vegas Raiders. The first concept opened in Salt Lake City in December 2021.
“As the sports scene in Las Vegas has evolved with professional teams coming to town, sports bar and grill concepts have also evolved,” said Carver Road Hospitality Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer Sean Christie. “Flanker Kitchen + Sports Bar will strive to become the next generation leader by delivering an approachable premium dining, drinking, and sports viewing experience.”
The extensive menu consists of an elevated American fare and will feature scratch burgers, sliders and shareable tacos, among other handheld favorites. A healthy selection of salads, bowls, and a weekend brunch. With a beverage program is created by award-winning mixologist Francesco Lafranconi, Carver Road’s vice president of beverage and hospitality culture.
Award-winning international design studio The Design Agency will bring to life the restaurant including a main dining room, sports bar and lounge, and private dining room. Also including a hidden private karaoko/game day viewing and dining suite, and patio.
