Mouth-watering bites from Bazaar Meat, named by Business Insider as Best Restaurant in Nevada, is set to include  “Jamón ibérico de Bellota” (black-footed Spanish pig). Whole grilled suckling pig paella, in the style of Andrés, with summer vegetables. Bazaar Meat’s signature and decadent cotton candy foie gras. Desserts, including shaved ice.

To satiate your thirst from the pork and paella, two cocktails will be highlighted alongside craft beers and red and white wine. “Magic Mojitos” made with Bacardi Superior rum, mint, lime juice and bitters strained over cotton candy to make it “disappear” like magic! A “Gin & Tonic” experience highlighting Andrés’ Gin Tonic made with Hendrick’s Gin, Fever Tree tonic, kaffir lime leaf, lemon peel, lime wheel and juniper berries

To elevate the evening to VIP, Retro’s poolside cabanas are available for purchase and include one bottle of Dom Pérignon and one bottle of premium liquor. Guest at the cabanas will be served all of the cuisine and cocktails, as well.
