Every time single fucking time I see or hear Normani perform I get the CHILLS. Her vocals in the her new “Dancing With A Stranger” feature with Sam Smith are ELECTRIC.
I can’t help but see an incredible legendary music career ahead of her and an icon in the making every time I look at her.
You know, these days to make it in the industry, you have to have an online following because brands save money on marketing. Which means that talent has little to do with a lot these days, so long as your social media numbers up. It’s fucked up, but it’s true.
But Normani. Damn. That girl has the look, the voice, the talent, and the vibe. Some people just have it. It’s something I can’t explain. You just feel it. She’s a real performer. Scarce and difficult to find in a gimmicky “get famous quick” digital generation.
She gives people hope, if you think about it. She’s part of the last group of people that made it to the industry by pure talent and hard work. No viral ignorance or wealthy parents.
Her performance with Khalid last year was our first taste of the type of artist Normani is and outside of Fifth Harmony. Every time she comes out with something, it’s fire AF.
