Crossroads Kitchen and CB|Crossroads Burgers, by plant-based visionary and acclaimed Chef Tal Ronnen will open its doors at Resorts World Las Vegas on Saturday, May 28. The highly-anticipated restaurant adds to the impressive food and beverage portfolio at the resort. Bringing two culinary concepts, the fine dining restaurant of Crossroads Kitchen mirrors the original location in Southern California with the fast-casual CB|Crossroads Burgers.
At Crossroads Kitchen, guests can expect to dine on the signature Mediterranean-inspired plant-based dishes with additional specialty menu items exclusive to the Las Vegas location.
While CB|Crossroads Burgers will serve a quick-service outpost including house-made sausages, burgers, fries, and ice cream sundaes.
With the opening of Crossroads Las Vegas, Chef Tal Ronnen continues to redefine the plant-based culinary landscape he pioneered and creating destination-worthy experiences for locals and travelers. Ronnen is best known for his New York Times Best Seller, The Conscious Cook, and was named ‘America’s Best Vegan Chef’ by Oprah Winfrey.
