Hakkasan Las Vegas returns for all the right reasons: to give us a Tomahawk steak and Crispy Guangdong lobster.
The gentlemen behind some of the world’s sexiest and delectable restaurants have shown their business acumen through and through. Consider their most recent acquisition, Hakkasan Group.
“With the reopening of Hakkasan Restaurant being our first significant endeavor since the acquisition of Hakkasan Group, we knew this was our opportunity to create a distinctive Hakkasan dining experience that could only be found in Las Vegas,” said Jason Strauss, Co-CEO of TAO Group Hospitality.
The interior space of the Cantonese restaurant has been completely renovated with a new interior design to match Hakkasan Las Vegas’ new menu.
Some new dishes include: “A-5 Wagyu Scallion Pancake” with sweet cilantro soy, chili aioli. “Crispy Guangdong Whole Lobster” with crispy garlic, black bean chili soy. “Tomahawk Steak” 32oz aged bone-in ribeye, black garlic steak sauce.
For those familiar with Hakkasan’s signature dishes, their greatest hits return to the menu:
- Vegan Dim Sum Basket including wild mushroom and truffle, edamame jade, crystal vegetable, pea shoot
- Roasted Chilean Seabass with bumble bee honey
- Crispy Duck Salad with pomelo, pine nuts, shallots
- Signature Peking Duck, first course served with pancakes, cucumber, and scallion; second course stir-fried with choice of ginger scallion sauce, black truffle sauce, or black bean sauce
- Black Pepper Beef Filet Mignon with asparagus, bell pepper, merlot sauce
