5 Powerful Mantras To Center Yourself With If You’re Out Of Alignment Right Now

“Mantras To Center Yourself With When You’re Out Of Alignment

Shit happens. Let’s just keep it real. Being positive doesn’t mean that you ignore what’s happening in your universe. Ignoring any problem whether it’s personal or business related will always surface and at an incredibly strong vibration. It’s the worst feeling, but it will happen because it’s part of life. Tell your anxiety to take a break. I want you to remember these mantras especially if you’re out of alignment right now and want to center yourself. Share with a friend on Facebook because someone you know needs to read this, I promise you.

1. I AM COURAGEOUS ENOUGH TO WALK AWAY FROM THAT WHICH DOESN’T SERVE ME

Keep in mind that you can walk away from situations, relationships, false beliefs, and more the moment you find the courage to do so. Often times we forget that we actually have free will. If the business deal doesn’t feel right or the romantic or friendship relationship, it’s time to move on for your sake.

2. LIFE IS HAPPENING FOR ME NOT TO ME

It’s easy to default to “why is this happening to me” what things that we did not expect or want happen. We are taught to have a negative reaction rather than a positive one. (Where are you on the scale of positivity?) When you’re in alignment that means being aware of your role in this life and not necessarily being the participant. To be aligned with yourself is to understand that what is happening to you is actually happening for you. Yes, even when traumatic and negative things happen. This is a great debate for many, but remember that if you believe in light then you also must accept that darkness is very much present. It’s how you react to the darkness that measures the lightness inside of you. Next time something happens “to” you ask yourself why it could be happening and how you can turn it into a positive story, which ties us into number 3.

3. PROBLEMS ARE ACTUALLY CHALLENGES THAT NEED MY ATTENTION AND ACCESSING

Problems don’t exist, challenges do. That is positive functioning at its least complex state, which is what preparing yourself with mantras is all about. Mantras prime you with positive belief systems so you don’t have an Eeyore way of looking at things.

4. ALL SITUATIONS ARE TEMPORARY IF I CHOOSE THEM TO BE

Not to be confused with number 1 on our list of mantras. Removing yourself from situations that do not best serve you is when the occasion does not call for a resolution. If the romantic relationship is not working out or the business partnership, no effort is needed if effort was already given. “All situations are temporary if I choose them to be,” relates to the first state of mantra number 1. It’s that moment before you’ve given it your last try. When enough is “enough” by the individuals standards and measurement of enough. My “enough” is two tries depending on the situation say romantic relationships. My enough for business is stretched out a bit more. Another situation that this mantra applies to is resolving a challenge that has been left unresolved for a long time. Communication here is the key

5. THE ENTIRE UNIVERSE IS CONSPIRING TO GIVE ME WHAT I NEED EVEN IF IT’S NOT ALWAYS PACKAGED SO NICELY

The CARRA team and I had a conversation the other day about how sometimes when we ask we get, but we get what we ask for in ways that sometimes do not come nicely packaged with a bow on top! Say you’ve been asking to work on yourself and get into this big blowout with one of your relatives. This is something that, if you read back to mantra #2 and #3, is an opportunity presenting itself as a challenge that needs your attention and accessing. Could it have come in a way of a peaceful conversation while strolling through the local retail center with said relative? Sure. But, in the rules of laws of attraction and manifesting, you were not specific. The universe says tell me what you want and I will give it to you.
